Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the clinic application by people the clinic authorizes. Submitting a registration request does not by itself grant access to patient records.

Users keep their passwords confidential and use the system only for clinic work they are permitted to perform. Clinical decisions remain with the treating professional.

Administrators review registration requests, assign roles, and may suspend an account. Administrator and doctor access is never granted merely by selecting a role on the public form.

Support impersonation, when used, is a short read-only session for troubleshooting. It does not change the other person's password or role.

The software does not promise a clinical outcome, and these terms are not a representation of regulatory certification.
